(KXAN) Commissioners approved a 75 mph speed limit change for four sections of Central Texas roads:*Interstate 35, which includes 22 miles from Georgetown to Salado
*State Highway 130, which includes 45 miles from Interstate 35 in Williamson County to U.S. Highway183 in Travis County*State Highway 45, which includes nine miles from Hwy. 183 to I-35 in Travis County*U.S. Highway 281, which includes 12 miles from the Lampasas/Burnet County line to eight miles north of the Burnet city limits...The new speed limit signs should be going up in the next few weeks. George Strait will join the Dixie Chicks, Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Asleep at the Wheel, and special guests Eric Johnson, Steve Miller, Joe Satriani, Christopher Cross, Shawn Colvin and the Court Yard Hounds, the Texas Tornados, Randy Rogers and Terri Hendrix at Fire Relief: The Concert for Central Texas to help raise money for victims of the devastating wildfires this summer. Emcees for the evening will include Kyle Chandler and Turk Pipkin.

The goal of Fire Relief: The Concert for Central Texas is to help the people affected by the fires with their long-term issues and problems, such as regaining livelihoods. All of the proceeds will be dispersed to central Texas community organizations and charities via the Central Texas Wildfire Fund at the Austin Community Foundation.
