Yesterday Facebook set the price for their first public stock offering at $38 and this morning the social network will make their expected record-breaking debut on the stock market.
Facebook is expected to raise $18.4 billion, making it the second-biggest IPO of any U.S. company in history, behind only Visa's 2008 debut of $19.6 billion.
Perhaps more significantly, the price gives Facebook a total value of $104 billion, which makes it more valuable than any other American company during their market debut.

You've heard me mention how much I love shopping at The Home Consignment Center for my home, but did you know they have an amazing selection of jewelry too? I stopped by this weekend and found the most fabulous necklace I have ever seen!! You can wear it six different ways!! It's great for a night out on the town or for the office and the price of course is fantastic too!! Check out Herb who runs the jewelry department for the Arbor Walk HCC store as he demonstrates this one of a kind necklace!!

I love our perfect Easter weekend! I was far from my family this year but had a wonderful time celebrating with some new friends this year!! It was one of the last weekends for the bluebonnets and I am getting more and more addicted to one of the hottest iPhone Apps out there!!
Pretty an locally grown Easter flowers!! I took them to a friends house for Easter brunch.
This farm just west of Dripping Springs was dripping in the last of the lovely Bluebonnets.
A heathy and delicious Easter brunch!! We did have some wafflles and eggs too!! Yum!!
I love Instagram!! It's my newest iPhone App addiction!! Facebook just bought it
for a billion dollars!! Smart!! It's the best way to enhance and share your photos!!

My Wildflower Weekend!!

There is nothing better than Springtime in Austin!! This weekend I wanted to get out of town and just go for a ride and soak it all in!! I highly recommend doing this by the way! I decided to head to Fredricksburg and enjoy the beautiful wildflowers that I have heard the hill country has to offer. I was not disapointed!! From Dripping Springs, to Johnson City to Fredricksburg there was a blanket of color that was stunning. Check just a few of my photo's below!! I need to do this more often!!

The Mega Million Numbers That Come Up The Most!

It's the biggest jackpot in lottery history! A cool $500 Million dollars!! If you want to improve your chance of winning, first of all don't play the "easy pick" numbers, pick your own. Below is a handy list of which numbers have come up the most and least in the 705 Mega Millions drawings so far!! Feel free to split your winnings with me if you want!! Have fun!!
According to Bespoke's analysis, there are 8 numbers that have come up as ball 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 in 10% or more of the drawings -- #48, 36, 53, 12, 27, 31, 51 and 52. The numbers that came up least often were 41, 49, 47, 37, and 34.
Mega Ball
The numbers that came up most often for the Mega Ball: 36, 9, 7, 35, and 2, with the #36 popping up 3.55% of the time. And the least: 28, 32, 46, 14 and 1, with #28 making the sparsest showing of just six drawings of the 705.

I can't believe March is almost over!! This year is certainly flying by!! Here are a few of my favorite things this week!
Back in January Majic 95.5 gave away a Spa Getaway to the wonderful Travaasa Spa near Volente!
Our winners had an overnight stay and lots of pampering at the spa and a Happy Hour celebration
with me!! It was so much fun!! Majic 95.5 gives away the best prizes!!
Wildflower time in Austin!! Need I say more?
The legenday Doobie Brother's played for us in our exclusive 4 Hands Home Lounge this week!

This is one of my favorite times of the year in Austin!! SXSW and Rodeo Austin are here, the weather is warming up and the wildflowers are starting to bloom!! Here are a few more of my favorite things this week!!
I had the chance to see the new movie "Bernie" starring Jack Black, Matthew McConaughey (his mom makes an appearance too!) and Shirley McClain. I caught a preview at The Violet Crown Cinema as part of SXSW. This is a very funny movie, that is full of surprises. It was filmed right here in Austin, and some of the scenes were filmed right across the street at Westlake High School.
You will love Berine!!
One of out Majic in the Morning Listeners, Roz from the Dessert Cart heard I love Snickerdoodle cookies and dropped some off at the station on Friday!! They are so delicious. Thanks Roz!!
As you know I love seeing the sunrise over Austin. This winter has provided so many beautiful ones!

Weekends like this past one are one of the reasons I love living in Austin!! The weather was perfect and Spring was in the air!! I really love all the flowering trees this time of year and my new favorite is the Mountain Laurel. Not only is the color beautiful but the smell is wonderful too!!
I love these new , colorful shoes from Keds for Madwell!! So adorable, I want all 3!!
