School closures and delays B urnet County Burnet ISD is closed Tuesday. Marble Falls ISD will operate on a two-hour delay. Granite Shoals will have a two-hour delay. Lampasas County Lampasas ISD will operate on a two-hour delay. Lee County Lexington ISD will operate on a two-hour delay Llano County Llano ISD will operate on a two-hour delay. Buses will run two hours late. Power outages Austin Energy update as of 4:45 a.m. There are currently about 3,000 Austin Energy customers without power from the stormy weather.  It is estimated repairs are needed at about 50 locations. The largest outage affects about 500 customers in the 620/Highway 71 area.
