Dog of the Week:
Mixed Breed

Lucy, our #DogOfTheWeek, is such an awesome dog and we have no clue why she's still with us! She's well-behaved, very friendly, loving towards people, and walks very well on leash. She previously lived in a home with two children and did great with them. Lucy is already crate trained and not to mention housetrained – always a plus! She's also super smart and has already mastered "sit" and "down." Lucy recently attended an event for AHS and was the perfect party guest. Even though she did knock out with her favorite toy a bit early as you can see! Come meet Lucy at AHS today!

Cat of the Week:
Charlie James
Domestic Shorthair

Our #CatOfTheWeek, Charlie James, is thirteen pounds of tabby perfection. This 4-year-old boy is the perfect mix of sweet and spunky. He's playful, lovable and a big fan of lazy cat naps. Charlie James has a fun, affectionate personality and gives little love nips sometimes. Isn't he a perfect mix of sweet and saucy? What's not to love? Meet Charlie in the cattery today!

Senior Spotlight:
Domestic Shorthair

Meet our #SeniorSpotlight, Alaska. Alaska is a very sweet almost 8-year-old domestic short hair. She is a mellow lady who loves to be petted, especially on her belly and head. Give her a nice bed in a sunny spot and you will make her day. Alaska loves her toys and is quite playful! She will make a loving companion who will purr all your troubles away. Alaska would do best as an only pet in a household with adults and older children who respect her need for space. Come meet Alaska today!
