Let the Austin Entercom Radio stations help you promote your non-profit event. Just complete this form and submit it to us, and we'll post your event on our websites!

Please submit your listing using the exact format of the Example below.

Start with Day, Date - time(s). (No need to put in the year.) Then be sure to include the organization's name, a brief description of the event, and end with contact information. You are not limited to space or characters (number of words), but please keep as brief as possible. Be sure your message says Who, What, When, Where, Why, and sometimes How. We reserve the right to edit all submissions.

Example:

Saturday, April 24 - 10a-2p. The XYZ Education Group will sponsor "GARAGE-BARRAGE" - a huge multi-family garage sale to raise money to send our kids to the National Finals. This is our biggest fund raiser of the year, so be sure and bring all your family and friends for some really great bargains. It's at 1234 Main Street (behind the H-E-B) in Our Town, TX. For more information, please call John Smith at (512) 555-5555, email jsmith@xyzkids.com, or visit our website at www.xyzkids.com.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE "www." BEFORE YOUR DOMAIN NAME, if submitting a website.
