Prize Pick Up Policy



From the Marketing Managers of Entercom Austin

Effective Immediately --  Prizes will not be released to anyone other than the winner unless the winner provides ALL of the following:
~A signed letter from the actual winner releasing the prize to the individual picking up the prize
~A photocopy of the winner's DRIVERS LICENSE or GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
~Winner's SSN - this is required for tax purposes

There will be no exceptions.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
